NEGLIGENT DRIVING ALLEGED
MAS KILLED NEAR HAMILTON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, May 15. August Herman Dernier, a farmer of Motumaoho, was committed for trial today on a charge of driving a car negligently and thereby causing "the death of Norman Stephen Bradley near the approach to tho Te Rapa ‘ racecourse on April 12.
