Wellington, Last Night.

The weather will be fine generally, and milder. ,An anti-cyclone is still located west of New Zealand, but a slight low pressure wave is crossing the south Tasman Sea. There will be slight south-easterly winds north of Kawhia and East Cape, but elsewhere variable winds tending to westerly and northerly and freshening. Seas will be smooth to moderate.
