POLITICAL CRISIS LOOMS

SCULLIN MINISTRY’S PERIL

BITTER ATTACKS ON POLICY

EX-SERVICEMEN INDIGNANT

By Telegraph—Press Assn.— Copyright. Sydney, May 6.

A political crisis is looming in the Federal arena over the Seullin Ministry’s action in abolishing preference to returned soldiers, whose leagues in all the States are extremely indignant and have expressed the intention of forcing a crisis in the Senate, where the Government’s supporters are heavily outnumbered.

The Ministry is also bitterly attacked by the Australian Country Party for its alleged anti-Britisfo attitude on migration, the tariff embargo and the attempt to have an Australian appointed Gov-ernor-General.
