SERVICE CAR DRIVER FINED
DRUNKEN AND ASLEEP AT WHEEL. By Telegraph.—Preai Association. Hamilton, May 5. A service-car driver, Edward Fitz William, was fined £lO and had his license cancelled for six months for being drunk while In charge of a car. Two constables found him in London Street at one o’clock this morning, asleep at the wheel, with a young' woman asleep beside him.
