Pictures of New Zealand interest exhibited at the Royal Academy are Arthur Burgess’ “Yachts in Fiord” and Archibald Niooll’s “Akaroa Road.” Richard Gross’ huge equestrian model for the Wellington Peace Memorial is accommodated in the centre of the Academy courtyard.
