Rec. 8.20 p.m. Vancouver, April 29. Mr. W. J. Mann, Perth, an Australian legislator, told the Canadian Club here that party, politics had proved the stumbling block in the development of Empire trade reciprocity. Mr. Mann advocated properly organised trade research into the requirements and products of every unit of the Empire to establish a ’ workable basis for Empire trade reciprocity.
