Sir Hubert Wilkins to-morrow will attend the presentation at the American Museum of Natural History to the American Inter-Planetary Society of the book, “Discovery of a new world; a discourse tending to prove there may bo a habitable world in the moon and concerning the possibilities of ; passage thither,” written in 1640 by the explorer’s ancestor, John Wilkins, B.shop of Chester, and several of whose ideas on Antarctic meteorology Sir Hubert Wilkins worked out from the bishop's manuscripts.
