WESTOWN TRAMWAY EXTENSION.

Sir,—Puzzle —Find the 125 homes that are to be served by the proposed tramway extension scheme. Ratepayers, the time has oome when we cannot afford to spend our money in a haphazard way. Reason for yourselves; don’t let the other fellow reason for you; he may have an axe to grind. A town can only, grow in proportion to the requirements of the area it serves.— I am, etc., G.A.G.
