FATAL RIOT AMONG SCOUTS
WILD DISPUTE IN NANKING RALLY COMMUNIST INFLUENCE ALLEGED By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Shanghai, April 23. Resulting from a dispute concerning the distribution of prizea at a grand rally of Scouts of all the provinces, lads from Tsinan and Hupen, numbering 300, rioted in Nanking. The riot was not quelled until the police came between the contending parties. Thirty were injured and three died in hospital. Communist influence is believed to be responsible for the outbreak.
