MOTOR-CYCLE COLLISIONS

MAN KILLED AT WELLINGTON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, March 31. George Albert Broadfoot, aged 23, died in hospital from injuries received in a head-on collision between motor-cycles at Karori. The other rider, D. M. Smith, was badly injured. J. Carr, an engineer, crashed on his motor-cycle at Paraparaumu and had the tips of the fingers of the right hand and the first finger of the left hand cut oil. T. P. Fletcroft, shop assistant, received a compound fracture of the right leg through a collision between motor-cycles at Kilbirnie.
