HAWKE CUP CHANGES HANDS MANAWATU< LOSES THE TROPHY. EXCITING END TO MATCH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N., Last Night. When Manawatu commenced their second innings of the Hawke Cup game after Rangitikei’s sensational second innings stand they needed 356 to retain the cup. Manawatu played doggedly and when the last man went in this afternoon wanted four, rune only, having reduced the margin by 352.
