Wellington, Last Night. The weather will" be changeable and south of Cape Egmont and Castlepoint there will be squally rain in most districts, more especially in the South Island, with thunder at places and temperatures becoming colder. There will bo moderate to strong westerly winds backing to south and south-westerly and reaching gale force in places. Seas will become rough on the west coast and south of Castlepoint, but will be moderate elsewhere.
