ERAVE RESCUE ATTEMPTS
TOKOMARU BAY DROWNING. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Feb. 10. At the inquest on the body of Cecil George Rampton, who was drowned at Tokomaru Bay, a verdict of accidentally drowned was returned, with a rider commenting on the gallant' action of Rampton’s two companions, Little and Burnett, especially that of the former who, risking his own life, swam out to Rampton’s assistance.
