FINE, WARMER WEATHER.

Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be fine generally at first with rising temperatures. Later cloud will increase in Westland and about Foveaux Strait with possibly some light scattered showers. There will be southwesterly winds north of Cape Elmont and Napier. Elsewhere the wind will be variable with north to north-west prevailing later. They will be light to moderate mainly but still strong, at first about East Cape. Seas will be rough at first around East Cape but otherwise smooth to moder ate.
