JURY UNABLE TO AGREE. Bjr Telegraph.—Press Association Palmerston N., February 6. The Supreme Court action, wherein Mrg. Messenger claimed from H. E. Bergersen £2OOO sterling for the death of her husband as a result of a motor collision, concluded last night. The jury, after four hours’ retirement, was unable to agree, and -a new hearing was ordered.
