The general believes Spain has entered upon the path leading quickly to a splendid renascence. Rec. 7.5 p.m. Madrid, Feb. 3. A rousing welcome was given to the released artillery officers and men, who were imprisoned a year ago for a revolt against General Primo de Rivera. All university students have resumed a peaceful life and the whole city is tranquil under General Bcrenguer’s pregramme of restoring full constitutional liberty.
