RUSSO-MEXICAN RUPTURE

LEGATION STAFF DEPARTS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 9.30 p.m. London. Feb. 3. Moscow announces that the whole of the Mexico legation staff has departed. The newspapers are at present reviling the United States as instigators of the rupture of Russo-Mexican friendliness and peaceful co-operation. The Mexican Government ordered the entf.n» legation at Moscow to leave Soviet Russia as a protest against the recent demonstration before the Mexican Embassies at Washington, Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro. The Government held Moscow responsible for the demonstrations.
