RICH PEASANTS EXPELLED
SOCIALISATION OF AGRICULTURE. SOVIET BILLETS 100,000 SOLDIERS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Moscow, Feb. 2. In order to extend the socialisation of agriculture a decree has been issued legalising the expulsion of rich peasants and the°confiscation of their property. The Commander-in-Chief announces that he is sending 100,000 former Red army officers and soldiers to live in villages during the year “to bring military devotion and discipline 1 to bear on the task of abolishing private farming.’*
