RESTRICTIONS ANNOUNCED. By Telegraph—Preiss Assn. —Copyright. Capetown, Jan. 29. In consequence of the influx of immigrants from South-east Europe, chiefly Lithuanians, a Bill is being introduced limiting the number of immigrants to 50 per year from these countries.
