UNITED PARTY SENSATION CASE MAY GO TO COURT INJUNCTION TO BE SOUGHT By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night, Sensational developments in connection with the United Party’s organisation took place to-night at a meeting of the executive of the United New Zealand Political Association. A resolution, according to an-official report, was unanimously carried terminating Mr. Davy’s services as chairman and" stopping the payment of his honararium. In a statement made last night, Mr. Davy, who recently issued statements criticising the United Cabinet, declared that the meeting was illegal. He intimated that to-day he would apply to the Supreme Court for an injunction restraining the executive from acting in the manner decided upon.
