Vernon Hartshorn, who was PostmasterGeneral in the last Labour Ministry, will be invited to join the Cabinet on the completion of the Simon Commission. He is most likely to replace Lord ‘Passfield, Secretary for the Dominions, who is anxious to devote himself to literary private work.
