IMPROVEMENT ON ROCKET CAR. By Teieijiarh—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Dee. 23. Max Valier, testing his recoil automobile, driven by liquid fuel instead of rockets, exceeding GO miles an hour. The driver is seated in the middle of the car and four tanks, containing a mixture of liquid oxygen and benzine, are situated in front of the driver and two behind.
