EXCHANGE CLERK KILLED
KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. Stanley Omond, aged 19, a telephone exchange clerk at Roxburgh, while returning homo from his duties at 1.30 a.m. on Saturday was knocked down by a motor-car. He was brought to the Dunedin hospital suffering from a compound fracture of the right leg and severe shock and died at 9.45 the same evening.
