Customs revenue and tyre tax in Auckland for November totalled £232,401, compared with £191,790 TSSt November and £179,460 in November of 1927. The total for the eleven months is £2,238,459, compared with £2,014,877 in 1928. Motor spirit duty in November totalled £26,193, compared with £23,194 in November last year. For the eleven months the total is £295,288, compared with £209,449 last year. Beer duty for November was £10,863, a decrease of £64 compared with the figures for November of last year.
