BIRTHS S'HOW SLIGHT INCREASE. Tho vital statistics for New Plymouth for the month of ‘November show there were four more births than during the same period last year. Deaths decreased by one, while there was only half the number of marriages. Details are:— 1929 1928 Births 40 36 Deaths 10 11 Marriages 9 18 For tho eleven months of this year births still show a largo decrease and deaths and marriages show increases compared with the same period of last year.
