BIG RACE TO AUTHOR JINKS COMMANDER BINGEN SCORES. EMPIRE HANDICAP TO DILNON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The second day of the Forbury Park Trotting Club’s" spring meeting was held in dull weather with a few showers during the day. The track was heavy and did not improve. There was again a large attendance which was reflected in an increased totalisator turnover, the figures for the day being £36,208, as compared with £28,453 10s on the second day last year, making the total for the meeting £60,529, as compared with £47,837 last year.
