The second day of the Forbury Park Trotting Club’s" spring meeting was held in dull weather with a few showers during the day. The track was heavy and did not improve. There was again a large attendance which was reflected in an increased totalisator turnover, the figures for the day being £36,208, as compared with £28,453 10s on the second day last year, making the total for the meeting £60,529, as compared with £47,837 last year.
