Collars must be of good leather, and equal to sample with tender, to be one inch wide and 22 inches long, with brass labels fixed wtih rivets, such labels to be plainly stamped “Patea County, 1930,” and numbered consecutively in bundles of 25 each. Tenders to be addressed to “The Chairman," and marked “Tender for Collars.” COLLECTOR.
