ASSOCIATION MATCHES PLAYED. Croquet association matches were played in New Plymouth in fine weather yesterday. Central defeated West End by 138 points to 123 at Fitzroy green 5 Pukekura Park defeated Fitzroy by 123 to 107 at Kawaroa green; and New Plymouth defgated Kawaroa by 120 to 89 (one singles match unfinished) at Central green.
