CONTEMPT OF COURT ALLEGED. Bi’ Telegraph.—Press Association, Hamilton, Nov. 20. The official assignee announced at a meeting of creditors this morning that be would bring an action for contempt of court against Frank Thompson Irvine, a bankrupt farmer of Orlni, who failed to attend the meeting although notified. Irvine was declared bankrupt on the petition of the owner of the farm on which he was share-milking. The owner had sued for £7OO odd under an agreement and accepted judgment by consent for £175, which Irvine had failed to pay.
