SUCCESS OF REBEL FORCES
GOVERNMENT POSITION CRITICAL. CIVIL WARFARE IN CHINA. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Shanghai, Nov. 19. Uncensored foreign reports which have reached here reveal a very critical position of the Government forces in Hunan.
