THRILLING TIMES IN ENGLAND. By Telegraph—Press Assn,—Copyright. London, November 11. The second airship, RlOO, has been completed, and will be taken over by the Air Ministry in a few weeks. The RlOl is at present at the mooring mast. The airship rode out a severe gale of wind wdiich often reached a velocity of 70 miles an hour. Several air liners had thrilling experiences through the gale, which forced them to make landings at emergency aerodromes. Mountainous seas over the Channel seriqysly , interfered with shipping, and heavy rains throughout England caused floods in low-lying centres.
