DAMAGES IN COLLISION
CLAIM FOR £554 ALLOWED. x By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. In the Supreme Court to-day, before the Chief Justice arid a jury, Peter McIntyre, a waterside worker, aged 06 years, was awarded £554 Bs. against the Canadian Knight and Whippet Motor Company for injuries received by being knocked down by a motor-van driven by a servant or agent in their employ. The verdict was for the full amount claimed.
