SALVATION ARMY CHANGE
FAREWELL TO COMMISSIONER HAY By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. In a little over a week Commissioner Hay, head of the Salvation Army in New Zealand, and Mrs. Hay will leave for Canada. At the Wellington citadel yesterday there was a large attendance when the Commissioner delivered a farewell address on the Salvation Army in the Dominion.
The Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, Minister of Health, was present, representing the Government. He paid a tribute to the work of both Commissioner and Mrs. Hay during their sojourn in New Zealand. A tribute W£s also paid them by Sir Robert Stout and Mr. P. Fraser, M.P.
