DOCTOR’S ALLEGED ASSAULT
AUCKLAND INDIAN ARRESTED. CHARGE CONCERNS YOUNG WOMAN By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Oct. 14. Dr. Balder Singh Share, well-known Indian medical practitioner, who has been practising in Auckland many years, was arrested before noon to-day on a charge of having, on September 26, indecently assaulted a woman aged 23. When charged with the offence at the Police Court, accused was remanded until October 21. Bail was allowed at £5OO.
