Totara is to load,at Lyttelton on Monday for Wellington and New Plymouth, where she is due on Wednesday. (U.S.S. Co.). The Progress is due at New Plymouth J from Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington this morning. She will sail the same day for Port Waikato,- Wellington and Dunedin, where she is to reload about October 19. She is due at New Plymouth again about October 25. (Holm and Co.). The John is duo at New Plymouth from Lyttelton and Wellington on Monday. From New Plymouth she will go to Port Waikato. (Holm and Co.). The Corinna is due at New Plymouth at 11 a.m. this morning from Wellington and southern ports and will sail on Monday for Wellington and Dunedin. She will leave the latter port on Thursday for Timaru, Lyttelton and Nelson. From Nelson she will come to New Plymouth, where she is due on October 22. On October 24 she will sail for Wellington with 10,000 bo.xes of butter and 600 crates of cheese for the Tamaroa. (U.S.S. •Co.). , . . . - • ' The Opihi has been bar-bound at Greymouth, but there was a possibility of her getting away last night for New Plymouth. In that case she would arrive here this evening. She has aboard 900 tons of railway coal, 120 tons of Gas Company coal and 200 poles for the Post and Telegraph Department. If she arrives to-morrow she should sail for Wellington on Monday. (U.S.S. Co.). . | PORT MELBOURNE ARRIVES. | The Port Melbourne reached New Plymouth from Lyttelton at 7 a.m. yesterday to load 11,500 boxes of butter, 10,000 crates of cheese and 14,000 freight carcases for the United Kingdom. She will probably sail on Monday for Auckland, Gisborne, Napier and Wellington to complete. Captain T. Kippins is in command and he has with him the following officers: Chief, Mr. F. W. Bailey; second, Mr. L. AL. .Bayley; third, Mr. T. Wheeler; fourth, Mr. E. Philpotts; chief engineer, Mr. W. Carrick; second, Mr. M. T. Anscombe; third. Air. J. H. Phillips; fourth, Mr. H. Powell; fifth, Mr. G. I-lardy; sixth, Air. A. Kirkbridge; seventh, Mr. A. Jones; chief refrigerating engineer, Mr. H, Quine; second, Mr. P. Boyd; wireless operators, Alessrs. P. Braham and A. Alartin; chief steward, Air. G. W. Lowther. ALLOTMENT FOR RARANGA. -| The Raranga, at present in the south, is due at New Plymouth on Thursday to load 10,000 boxes of butter and 8000 crates of cheese. She is scheduled to sail from Auckland for New York, Halifax and London on October 29. OAKBANK TO, SAIL TO-DAY., After discharging about 1000 tons of asphaltinn loaded at. Tampico (Alexico), the Oakbank will sail from New Plymouth this afternoon. Her probable destination will be Nauru Island, though the agents .(Alessrs. Newton King, Ltd.)' were not certain of the port yesterday • afternoon. KAIKORAI FROAf AUSTRALIA; The Kaikorai is scheduled to leave Wallaroo on Alonday, Adelaide on Friday and Alelbourne on the following Tuesday for Auckland, > Portland, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin.
