AERO CLUB’S MEDAL AWARDED. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, Oct. 9. The Royal Aero Club has awarded its gold medal to Captain Barnard and an address of congratulation to the Duchess of Bedford in recognition of their flight to India and back. Captain Barnard, accompanied by the Duchess, accomplished.th'e flight in eight days last August in a Fokker monoplane fitted with a Bristol-Jupiter engine. The distance covered was approximately 10,000 miles. ■
