GREENWICH STANDARD RESTORED British Official Wireless. Rugby, Oct. 5. Th© Home Office has issued a reminder that summer time cuds to-night and Greenwich time will be restored. The change officially will take place at 3 a.m. summer time to-xnorrow morning, when clocks will be set to 2 a.m.
