OKATO METHODISTS
SUNDAY SCHOOL ANNIVERSARY. (From Our Own Correspondent.) The Okato Methodist Sunday school held its anniversary and distribution of prizes on September 28. The church was decorated with flowers and the children’s programme was very much enjoyed. A collection resulted in sufficient funds being provided to pay for the prizes. The Okato Methodist Ladies’ Guild held a very successful “bring and buy” afternoon at tho . parsonage oh Thursday. The sum of £5 9s was added to the funds. There were about ‘4O people present, including the vice-president of Conference, Mr. T. P. Hughson.
