ANTARCTIC EXPEDITION
DISCOVERY REACHES CAPETOWN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 6, 5.5 p.m. Capetown, Oct. 5. The Discovery has arrived after 40 days’ journey from St. Vincent. Fine weather -was experienced on the voyage. The Discovery has been lent by the British authorities to convey the expedition to the Antarctic that is being organised by Sir Douglas Mawson.
