LIBERALS AT ELECTIONS
ELECTORAL REFORM SOUGHT. British Official Wireless. Rugby, Oct. 3. Fifteen hundred delegates attended the Liberal Party annual meeting which opened at Nottingham to-day. It is expected proposals for the reform of the electoral system will dominate the discussions. The question will be raised on . a motion in which it is declared the present system has told most heavily against the Liberals in recent years, and that although the Liberal Party was at the last election supported by nearly a quarter of the electorate it has less than one-tenth of the membership of the House of Commons.
