GOLD DISCOVERED IN N.S.W.
QUANTITY OF NUGGETS FOUND. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. ■ Sydney, Oct. 4. A gold find is reported from Drake, near Tenterfield. In a few days two men unearthed about a hundred ounces of pure gold, ■■ some nuggets of solid gola weighing seven ounces. Drake is a township of 850 population and is 518 miles due north of Sydney, near the Queensland border.
