A man in cleiical "arb stood up in the front of the hall and demanded to be allowed to address the meeting from the platform. “I am Father Graham,” he shouted, to the crowd when his request was refused. „ ... He called for cheers for Mr. Scullin and then shouted to Mr. Bruce, “Goodbye, you splendid failure,” and strode theatrically from the hall. The meeting concluded with hooting and counter-cheers.
