COURT SUPPRESSES HER NAME. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Last’ Night. ' A young married woman, whose name was suppressed, was charged before Mr. A. M. Mowlem, S.M., to-day with the theft of frocks, bed linen, towels and underclothing from a house in Dannevirke. Shortly before her marriage the accused obtained possession- of the keys of the house during the owner’s absence and visited the place, taking various articles. She admitted the theft and the police recovered the stolen goods. Some of the goods had evidently been altered and the owner declined to take then! back. The magistrate accepted the husband’s proposal to pay £l2 in restitution for the goods altered, and accused was admitted to probation for two years.
