ELECTION RITES OBSERVED. British Official Wireless’. Rugby, Sept. 29. 'Sir William Waterlow was yesterday unanimously cho-sen as Lord Mayor of London for the coming year. All the customary and picturesque rites associated with the ceremony of election were observed at the Guildhall. Sir William Waterlow, who will succeed to the oilice in November, has been a member of the London Corporation for 16 years, and his family lias given more than one Lord Mayor to the city. .
