Received Sept. 29, 5.5 p.m. Los Angeles, Sept. 27. - Mrs. Shepherd Barron and Bell won the doubles championship at the Pacific South-west tennis tournament. They defeated Betty Nuthall and Farquharson 6 —4, 6—4. In the semi-finals of the ladies’ doubles, Mrs. Covell and Mrs. Shepherd Barron defeated Mrs. Bundy and Miss McFarland 6—3, 6—2. Miss Nuthall and Mrs. Phoebe Watson defeated Mrs. Harper and Miss Cross 6 —3, G—4.
