Another large crowd attended at the Town itall to-night to witness a professional wrestling contest between Marraci Gardeni, an Italian Canadian, and Naranjan Singh, an Indian. The latter won by falls in the fourth and fifth rounds.
Gardeni was injured by a fall in the fourth round and had to be assisted to his corner with a drooping right shoulder, A doctor gave him a hurried examination and pronounced him fit to' proceed. However, he was unable to lift his right arm at the opening of the fifth round and he wag an easy prey for the Indian, who applied a hold to the injured shoulder, immediately forcing his opponent into painful submission.
The crowd hooted the Indian's procedure in no uncertain manner.
Subsequent medical examination revealed the fact that Gardeni’s shoulder had been dislocated in the fourth round and had been wrenched back by the final throw.
