UNCUSTOMED GOODS HELD
AUCKLAND GREENGROCER FINED.

William Henry Buckley, a city greengrocer, was charged with being unlawfully in possession of uncustomed goods, and a fine of £25 was inflicted and the goods confiscated. Buckley said he bought the goods from a sailor for £0 to £B. and had no knowledge they were uncustomed.
