Wellington, Last Night. The weather is likely to be unsettled in western districts south of Cape Egmont with rain and some heavy falls, states last night’s official forecast. Elsewhere it will be fair at first but with clouds increasing soon and conditions becoming generally unsettled and squally with rain in most districts and snow on the highlands. Mild temperatures may be expected at first, but a cold change is likely after, from 24 to 36 hours.
