is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Taranaki District, dated the 2-6th day of August, 1929, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named Company from £500,000 to £280,029 ss, and the Minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect to the capital as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Assistant Registrar of Companies at New Plymouth on the 30th day of August, 1929, and that the said Minute is in the words and figures following:— Minute approved by the Court: “The capital of Newton King Limited is from henceforth £280,029 5s divided into 200,195 ordinary shares of 3s each and 250,000 preference shares of £1 each instead of the former capital of £500,000 divided into 250,000 ordinary shares of £1 each and 250,000 preference shares of £1 each. At the time of the registration of this Minute the whole of the said ordinary shares numbered 1 to 179935, 180036 to 182760, 182786 to 187135, 187236 to 193595, 193646 to 193945, 194146 to 195520, 195546 to 196395, 196421 to 200100, and 200126 to 200745 all inclusive and 174500 of the said preference shares numbered 250001 to 424500 both inclusive have been issued.
