BUMPED INTO STATIONARY TRAM.

Wellington, July 27.

Following a heavy bump into the back of a stationary tramcar a lorry driver, Joseph Hensley Edge, aged 41, appeared in court to-day on a charge of having been drunk wnile in charge of a lorry. It appeared that a similar charge against him has been dismissed in April. The magistrate remarked that he had had his chance and fined him £lO. His driving- license was suspended for three months.
